SHIPPING POLICY - USA
Most items are shipped within 1-3 days excluding holidays and weekends. Back ordered items may take 10-14 business days to ship. You will be notified of any delays and given the option to approved revised shipping dates for back ordered items. Please note the exact shipping time may vary during periods of high order processing.

Very Important - Unlike UPS and FedEx... USPS Priority Mail is not a guaranteed 1-3 day service. It simply means the postal service expects to deliver your package 1-3 days and after they receive the package from us. Unfortunately Priority Mail is not as reliable as it once was. Accordingly, no refunds will be given for delayed postal service packages. When you purchase from our website you agree to this condition.
USPS Published Policy - In most cases, the expected delivery date... will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.
Porch Piracy Policy - USPS, FED-EX and UPS insurance coverage only provides reimbursement for LOST or DAMAGED parcels. Therefore our liability ends when the shipping carrier shows a package as 'delivered'. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping carrier and law enforcement concerning missing packages that are missing after having been tracked and delivered.
'SHIP FROM' LOCATIONS - USA
We ship from several locations throughout the United States. Your order will ship from one of several fulfillment centers which are located in Arizona, California, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, New York and Oregon. The exact fulfillment center may not be the closest to you. It all depends on product availability at the time we receive your order.
LOW 'FLAT-RATE' SHIPPING - USA
Our low 'flat-rate' shipping rates start at just $6.99 and covers most items; however, this rate does not apply to large, long or heavy items which usually have higher shipping costs. Packages shipped to Alaska, or Hawaii typically have higher shipping cost. You can calculate your shipping cost before completing your order by using our shipping calculator. We typically ship domestic orders with USPS and UPS. Packages shipped to Alaska, or Hawaii will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited shipping is available on most items. Next Day, 2-Day, & 3-Day rates are shown at checkout. Please do not assume your expedited order will ship the same day. Call 706-925-1733, to confirm availability of product and actual shipping date.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Because of increased postal regulations we no longer ship outside the USA using the United Sates Postal Service (USPS). We partner with UPS to ship to some Canadian addresses, but not all. Alternatively, please contact Stackry.com for their assistance in placing an order if you live outside the USA. Stackry will provide you with a USA shipping address and forward your package to its final destination.
Some the items we sell are too large, long and or heavy to ship outside the USA. So, we strongly recommend international customers request a shipping quote before placing an order.
In the event an international order requires additional shipping the added costs will be requested from the buyer. Failure to pay the additional shipping fee will result in the order being canceled and the original payment will be refunded.
Please note prices are in US dollars (USD) and does not include customs, duty (VAT) fees which are the responsibility of the customer.

Customer represents and warrants that it is not on the Denied Persons, Specially Designated Nationals or Debarred Persons List, as identified by the U.S. Treasury Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) and by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), or any other United States list of prohibited persons; is not owned or controlled by any person that is on one of those lists, or is otherwise prohibited by United States or other law from purchasing the products or services hereunder. Customer shall be solely responsible to obtain any license to export, re-export or import as may be required. Customer also agrees that it will not use these products in connection with the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, including missiles, nuclear, chemical or biological weapons.
